Pink and white flower bed in front of trimmed shrubs and an ornamental tree

We offer landscaping with bush and tree planting, backed by more than 30 years of homegrown, trusted landscaping in Northern Virginia.

Allen brings deep plant knowledge to every planting job, so what goes where is chosen with the spot and the way the plants will grow in mind, not just how they look on the day they go in.

Our recent work includes planting beds edged with river rock and stacked flagstone, hostas and seasonal flowers planted around mature trees and along walkways, and a planted slope beside a set of outdoor stairs. You can see them in the photos below and on our work page.

Planting pairs naturally with the rest of what we do: fresh mulch to finish new beds, bush trimming to keep them in shape, and drainage work when soggy ground is what’s holding a garden back.

Every project starts with a free, no-obligation consultation, followed by a detailed estimate so you know exactly what to expect.

Can you help me choose plants?

Yes. Allen’s deep plant knowledge is part of every planting job, and we’re happy to talk through options during your free consultation.

Do you plant trees as well as bushes?

Yes. Our landscaping covers both bush and tree planting.

Can you add stone or river-rock borders?

Several of our recent beds use river-rock edging and stacked flagstone borders; you can see them in the photos on this page. Mention it in your quote request.

When is the best time to plant?

In Northern Virginia, spring and fall are generally the best times to plant trees and shrubs, because cooler temperatures help roots settle in. We’ll talk timing through with you.
